With the arrival of the new year, the list of new resolutions should already be written. If you haven’t made it yet, I’m sure many of them are on your mind. At Anaissa we suggest that you include healthy habits in your list of resolutions so that you can start 2022 with strength and positive energy.

We are sure that some of the healthy habits we are going to mention to you now, you have already heard them once in your life, but we are also very sure that you do not do them all. What better time than the beginning of the year to start creating a healthy routine?

Healthy resolutions for 2022:

Start your day with a glass of warm water with lemon. This simple routine gesture can provide your body and organism with many benefits that will help you feel better. Thanks to its acidity, we can detoxify the body, something that everyone wants and needs after all the excesses of Christmas. It strengthens the immune system thanks to its vitamin C, preventing the onset of colds and pharyngitis.

5 meals a day. Yes, eating 5 meals a day is vitally important for proper nutrition and, believe it or not, to help you lose weight. It helps us to feel satisfied, burn calories through digestion, keep our metabolism going and consume the nutrients we need for round-the-clock energy.

Maintain a good diet. A balanced diet is one that provides us with all the nutrients we need for the optimal functioning of our organism. Eating is one of the greatest pleasures and this should not be at odds with a strict diet.

Exercise regularly. I’m sure this habit has been on your list of resolutions more than once. This is the year to make it a reality. Find three or four times a week for an hour and a half to start a cardio workout routine and improve your good lifestyle habits. Get motivated with new workout clothes like Anaissa’s slimming sets. Take time for yourself. We live in a society full of stress, chaos and things to do, have you ever thought about whether you make enough time for yourself? Quitting smoking. If you are a smoker, you have probably already thought about it. When it comes to healthy habits, quitting smoking is one of the most important. Tobacco affects your health, both yours and that of those around you.
